There’s nothing quite like a slice of fresh, homemade cake to celebrate the summer season, and my Blueberry Peach Cake is the perfect way to do just that. This cake holds a special place in my heart, as it’s inspired by my grandmother’s beloved recipe. She would often make it with peaches, plums, and grapes, filling the house with the most delightful aroma. I’ve put my own twist on her classic by incorporating juicy blueberries along with the peaches. Trust me, you’re going to fall in love with this summer cake!

What You’ll Need for Blueberry Peach Cake ?
To make this delightful Blueberry Peach Cake, you’ll need the following ingredients:
-Eggs: The binding agent that gives the cake structure.
-Butter: For that rich, creamy flavor.
-Sugar: To sweeten things up.
-Milk: Helps to make the cake moist.
-Flour: The foundation of our cake.
-Nuts: Add a bit of crunch (optional, but highly recommended).
-Peaches: The star of the show!
-Blueberries: Their tartness pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the peaches

It’s really important to beat butter and adding the eggs one by one.

Combine the dry ingredients and add slowly into the batter, pour into the greased casserole.

Add nuts, sliced peaches and blueberry. You can bake without crumble but I recommend crumble on top. Bake this cake slowly. 150°C(300°F) oven 60 minutes. Check after 60 minutes with a toothpick.
Let the cake cool before slicing. Serve it as is, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat.

I hope this Blueberry Peach Cake becomes a favorite in your household, just as it is in mine. It’s a beautiful way to showcase the best fruits of the season and share a bit of love with those around you. Happy baking!
