Start with cutting hard part of chards.

Chop the chards. Saute onions.

Add chards, saute the chards until soft. Serve with yogurt and butter with chili flakes and paprika.

This dark green vegetable salad is gonna be your new favorite.

Ingredients

  • 450gr(1lb) Chard, chopped
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2T. Olive oil

For top;

  • 1/2c. Natural yogurt
  • 1T. Butter
  • 1T. Olive oil
  • 1t. Paprika
  • 1/2t. Chili flakes

Directions

  • 1)

    Cut the hard parts of chards. And chop the chards.

  • 2)

    Take a medium skillet, add olive oil and heat.

  • 3)

    Add onion and saute 2-3 minutes.

  • 4)

    Add chards, saute until soft, almost 5-6 minutes.

    Take a small sauce pan add butter and oil, melt. Add paprika and chili. Cook 1 minutes.

  • 6)

    Take serving plate and add chard. Add yogurt and butter mixture on top. Enjoy!
