This strawberry cacik is a perfect refreshing salad for summer days.

Ingredients

  • 3c. Purslane
  • 1 1/2c. Natural yogurt (Greek)
  • 1c. Strawberry, halved
  • 1/4c. Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • 1)

    Take a deep bowl add the purslane, yogurt and salt. Combine well. Be careful don’t mash the purslane.

  • 2)

    Put the purslane and yogurt mixture to a salad plate.

  • 3)

    Add the strawberries and olive oil. Enjoy!
