Green Crepes

  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 15 minutes
  • Total time: 23 minutes
  • Serves: 3 people

Delicious and easy new crepes, you and your family love this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 Spinach leaves, without stems
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2c. Milk
  • 1t. Baking powder
  • 6T. All purpose Flour
  • 1t. Salt
  • 1t. Butter

Directions

  • 1)

    In a food processor, add milk, spinach, eggs, vegetable oil. Mix well until not to see any spinach leave. 3-4 minutes.

  • 2)

    Take a deep bowl add the mixture, add dry ingredients, flour, salt and baking powder. Whisk well.

  • 3)

    Take a crepe pan. Heat in medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon butter. Melt.

  • 4)

    Take one ladle of the crepe mixture and add the pan. Tilting the pan to evenly coat the bottom surface. When the bubbles start turn the other side. Cook 1 more minutes and transfer to plate.

  • 5)

    Make the same thing to rest of the mixture. But don’t add butter to the pan.

  • 6)

    Serve with creme cheese and tomatoes or sautéed mushrooms. Enjoy!
