Egg & Cheese Bread

Recycle your stale breads. You can use any cheese you like o what ever you have at home.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 5-6 slices bread
  • 1/2c. Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3/4c. Feta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2c. Shredded mozzarella or any melted cheese
  • 1T. Olive oil
  • 1/2t. Oregano
  • 1/2t. Chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • 1)

    Preheat the oven 200°C( 400°F).

  • 2)

    Take a deep bowl add eggs, olive oil, beat.

  • 3)

    Add oregano, chili flakes and salt, combine.

  • 4)

    Add feta cheese, mozzarella and parsley. Combine well.

  • 5)

    Place the bread slices onto the baking sheet.

  • 6)

    Put 2-3 tablespoon of the egg mixture onto the breads.

  • 7)

    Add more shredded mozzarella on to the breads.

  • 8)

    Cook 10-12 minutes, until the cheese melted and get golden brown.

  • 9)

    Serve with more mozzarella and chili flakes. Enjoy!
