Chocolate lovers is here? I have to confess before this Brownie recipe, I couldn’t make a good Brownie. For many years I couldn’t make a good one. So sweet, so much chocolate… And after a few try, I changed a few recipes and here is my Brownies 🙂

Is this an easy brownie recipe ?

This is very easy brownie recipe. You don’t need to spent so much time to make. Just meting butter, adding chocolate, beaten eggs with sugar and combining everything.

What are the ingredients in chocolate brownies?

Chocolate, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract and flour. You can change the measure of chocolate but don’t make it half cause you can’t get the soft and wet brownies. I tried, don’t 🙂

Which kind of chocolate you need for brownies?

I used dark chocolate but you can use different types of chocolate like white or milk chocolate. Also you can add walnuts and almonds.

Classic Brownie

Here is the perfect, delicious brownie recipe.

Ingredients

  • 250gr(8.8oz) dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 150gr(9T.) butter
  • 1/3c. Granulated sugar
  • 3/4c. Flour
  • 1/2t. Vanilla extract

Directions

  • 1)

    Preheat the oven 160°C(320°F).

  • 2)

    Take a sauce pan, add the butter. Heat with low heat.

  • 3)

    When the butter melted , take from heat and add chocolates. Let it melt in butter. Stir smoothly.

  • 4)

    Take a big deep bowl. Add sugar and eggs. Use a hand mixer and mix until see the
    bubbles.

  • 5)

    Add slowly the butter chocolate mixture in. Stir with a whisker.

  • 6)

    Add flour and vanilla extract, combine well.

  • 7)

    Take a 20x20cm(8×8 inch) baking pan, put baking sheet paper.

  • 8)

    Add the brownie mixture in.

  • 9)

    Cook 30-35 minutes in oven. You’re gonna see the cracks. Take the brownie from the oven it’s mean cooked. Rest 1 hour before serve. Enjoy!
