Sesame meatball

I absolutely enjoy creating new recipes.  Sometimes I can’t find anything to do for dinner. Then I start to take out everything in the fridge. And I say ”what can l do with you guys :)”

Mostly I mix every spice with some potato and tomato, but a few days ago I tried this sesame meatball.It’s great to experiment with whatever ingredients you have on hand and see what delicious dishes you can come up with.

Crafting a Symphony of Flavors

The heart of these meatballs is the symphony of ingredients. Blend your chosen ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, cumin, nutmeg, turmeric, sesame seeds and, if you seek an extra kick, red pepper flakes together. Ensure each component harmonizes, as it’s these notes that will serenade your taste buds.

Serving tips;

You can serve with a green salad, oven-roasted baby potatoes, and the recommended dips like labneh and Za’atar or strained yogurt with dill dip, which would complement the meatballs perfectly.
