Hello food lovers! Today, I’m thrilled to share one of my all-time favorite potato recipes with you. Crispy Garlic Potatoes! I first discovered this simple yet delicious recipe from Jamie Oliver years ago while I was in college. I remember seeing it on his TV show, “30 Minute Meals,” and I’ve been hooked ever since. Though I often tweak recipes to make them my own, I owe a big thanks to Jamie for the inspiration behind this garlic potato recipe.
I love to make this garlic potatoes with Baked Salmon recipe. Matches perfect with this simple salmon or any fish recipe.
For recipe;

The beauty of this garlic potato recipe lies in its simplicity: boiled potatoes, crispy garlic, and aromatic oregano. We don’t need a long list of ingredients to create this delicious dish.

How to make Garlic Potatoes?

Ingredients
– Baby Potatoes: If you don’t have baby potatoes, you can use small potatoes and cut them in half or quarters.
– Garlic: This is the key to the flavor. Don’t skip it! While you can use garlic puree, I don’t recommend it. The crispy garlic adds the perfect touch.
– Oregano: Use either fresh or dried oregano. If you use fresh oregano, add it after the garlic when the potatoes get crispy. You can also substitute with fresh thyme.
– Olive Oil: Use extra virgin olive oil and be generous with it, especially when serving.

Tips:
– If you don’t like oregano, you can substitute it with rosemary.
– These potatoes pair wonderfully with salmon, any fish dish, meat, and chicken recipes. They truly complement any meal.
