Today, I want to introduce you to a delightful treat from Turkish cuisine – the ever-so-creamy and delicious Turkish Pudding, known locally as “muhallebi.” This homemade white pudding is a breeze to make and offers a wonderfully smooth texture that melts in your mouth. It’s the perfect light dessert for these warm summer days.

About recipe;

I’ve put a twist on the traditional muhallebi by pairing it with a tangy lemon sauce. This combination of sweet and sour is absolutely irresistible, especially if you love playing with flavors as much as I do. Imagine a silky pudding with a zesty lemon kick – a match made in dessert heaven!
You can whip up the lemon sauce at home with a simple recipe, or if you’re short on time, feel free to use a store-bought version. Either way, the result will be fantastic. Check my lemon sauce recipe; Lemon Sauce
